Hello Kids! Welcome back to  KidsCast ! Today, we will talk about gentle giants. Elephants are also known as "Gentle Giants" due to their large size and generally calm demeanor. These gentle giants are fascinating creatures that roam the forests and grasslands of Africa and Asia. Now, let us talk about these incredible animals in more detail! Meet the Elephants! Elephants are the largest land animals alive today. They come in two main types: African elephants and Asian elephants. African elephants are the biggest of them all, with large ears that look like the continent of Africa itself. Asian elephants are a bit smaller and have smaller ears too. Physical Characteristics: Elephants are easy to spot because of their long trunks, big ears, and huge bodies .
