Continents
are massive parts of land which are connected to each other. These continents can be mountains, deserts, islands, plains or forests! There are total 7 continents in the world. They are:
  1. Asia
  2. Africa
  3. Europe
  4. North America
  5. South America
  6. Australia
  7. Antarctica
Each continent has several countries, together forming the continent. India, is in the continent of Asia. England, is in the continent of Europe. The USA, is in the continent of North America. Argentina, is in the continent of South America. Australia, is a country and a continent which includes other countries too. Egypt, is in the continent of Africa. Antarctica is the only continent with no official countries. It is just occupied by some countries for land and research. Antarctica is at the South Pole of the Earth and is very cold! There is ice everywhere there! Along with the above countries mentioned, each continent has more countries. These were just examples of one country in each continent.
