The Nile - The Longest River in the World!

Introduction: Nile is a river flowing from Lake Victoria (in Uganda) into the Mediterranean. It is considered the Longest River in the Africa. It's length is approximately 6650 Km long , but it's exact length is still a debate. The name is derived from the Greek word Neilos (Latin: Nilus), which means a river valley. The Nile River is a vital waterway for Transport, when Motorways are not practical (e.g. floods) Countries it Flows Through: The Nile flows through the countries: Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda, The Democratic Republic of The Congo (DRC), Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Sudan and Egypt.
