1) The Jeddah Tower (Kingdom Tower):
The Jeddah Tower also known as Kingdom Tower and it will be built in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It will become tallest skyscraper and taller than Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and will be the tallest skyscraper in the world in future! It is planned to be of 1km. It will have 168 floors. The construction started on 1 April 2013. The construction is currently on hold due to issues with the contractor. This beautiful design is created by American Architect Adrian Smith. The creator and leader of this project is the present country's prince Al-Waleed bin Talal, who is the grandson of Ibn Saud. This building will have all kinds of amenities such as office, hotel, residential, apartments, observation, retail. The cost of this wonderful building's construction is SR (Saudi Riyal) 4.45 billion or US$ 1.23 billion. The completion date is unknown till now.
2) Dubai One Tower:
Dubai One Tower, also known as Meydan One Tower is an under construction skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It will have 161 floors. Its height will be 711 metres (2,333 ft). It will have resources such as residential, hotel, observation, restaurants and conference halls. It will also feature 885 residential apartments and a 5-star hotel with 350 rooms. It would be the tallest residential building and the 4th tallest skyscraper in the world after completion. However, children some sources say that Dubai One Tower has been cancelled, and some say it will restart. So currently we cannot confirm its existence.

Signature Tower, a proposed skyscraper in Jakarta, Indonesia, is a tower that features both offices and hotels. It's decided height is 638 m (2,093 ft). It will have 113 floors above the ground and 6 underground. Its architects are Smallwood, Reynolds and Stewart. The acting governor of Jakarta, Djarot Syaiful Hidayat after attending a meeting with the developers sent a letter to Indonesian President, Joko Widodo requesting him to make the building a national icon. It is also the 7th future tallest skyscraper and the tallest in Indonesia.
5) Pentominium Tower Dubai:
The Pentominium Tower is a 122 storey skyscraper of 516m (1,693 ft), which is on hold in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is halted since August 2011. The construction started on 26 July 2008 and was supposed to finish by 2013. The cost of this massive construction is AED 1.46 billion (USD 400 million). The construction stopped because Trident International Holdings (the funder) failed to keep up on the payments for a USD 20.4 million loan followed by a financial crisis. This contract of building it was given to Arabian Construction Company (ACC). It has one of the deepest excavations done in the world. It will be the second tallest building in Dubai.

Burj Jumeirah, an observation tower, is an upcoming project coming near Burj al Arab, Dubai. It will have 112 floors. The architect of this tower is Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and the developer is Dubai Holding. The height of this amazing tower is at least 550m (1,800 ft). The construction started on 2021 and the estimated completion is 2025. The region around will also offer choices for retail outlets including restaurants, shops and cinemas by the side of the perimeter of the tower.
10) Marina 106 (106 Tower):
Marina 106 also known as 106 Tower, is a residential skyscraper half constructed in Dubai, UAE. It is currently on hold. It is planned to be of the height 445 metres (1,460 ft) with 106 floors. It was designed by National Engineering Bureau and developed by Emaar Properties. The floor area of this massive tower is 111,493 meter square (1,200,100 sq ft).
